Well, kids, it's official: Uncle Polt is now a home owner.
Congrats Polt! Now get ready for the homeowner blues. That will come about 3 to 5 years in when the water heater goes, or some other pain in the ass thing.
I absolutely refuse to buy a condo. I want something that Keyron and I OWN outright.
