Consumed two glasses of water, one can of Diet Coke, steak, a salad, handfull of cashews, and cup of yogurt, and 34 minute walk taken.
That's great! We went out to dinner. The restaurant gives you bread - but only if you ask for it. I was being good and didn't, but they brought it anyway. What was I supposed to do? I ate the bread (and butter) : (.
