    I've heard it said that 15 minutes of aerobic exercise per day adds 3 years to your life. Me, I'd prefer to be a couch potato and live three fewer years. Just kidding.

  2. 15 minutes PER DAY> Pfffft, right now, I'm happy with 15 minutes per week. I do prefer the couch potato route myself. Sadly.
