So I've been bingeing Game Of Thrones.

The first four seasons, I rated (you can see on the sidebar) some version of an A.  The 5th season....oh God, I struggled to give it a C+.

What happened in Season 5?  Well.....nothing.  

-Arya Stark is spending her time in that bleak temple learning....something I guess.
-The whole ridiculous High Sparrow religious inquisition storyline.
-Daenerys being stuck in Meereen putting down slave rebellions of whatever.  I mean, certainly that's something that Daenerys Stormborn, The Unburnt, Breaker Of Chains, Khaleesi of the Dothraki, Mother of Dragons would find a good use of her skills, talents and abilities I'd imagine.
- Two of the dragons chained in a basement, the other gone rogue?
- Tyrian spending nearly the entire season sailing or walking to meet Daenerys.
- The Boltons in charge of Winterfell.
- Getting Bran to the three eyed raven at the end of Season 4 and then is season 5....NOTHING!  An entire season without a mention of Bran, Hodor, OR the Three Eyed Raven.

Such a waste.

The only reason I didn't rate it even lower, was because of the Battle Of Hardhome.  It was....well amazing.  Sad, and informative, but yeah, amazing.  I quite enjoyed it, got all anxious even though I knew what was going to happen.

So anyway, it's on to Season 6, which I know is better.  But really, it's a shame to have wasted a whole entire season on this crap.
