In the late 70s/80s Marvel had a box in the upper left corner of all their comic book covers.  One of the things it showed was the headshots of the characters inside.  This one is a phone cover of Uncanny X-Men #129. 

Except its not accurate, as Shadowcat wasn't in the team at that time. And while the other headshots are clearly done by John Byrne, Shadowcat's headshot is done by, I believe Alan Davis.
