This is a comic book panel, from I think the Crisis On Infinite Earths, drawn by The Maestro George Perez and I think inked by JSA artist extraordinaire Jerry Ordway. It shows members of the JSA and Infinity Inc together.
Star-Spangled Kid, Huntress, Power Girl, Superman, Nuklon, The Atom, Wonder Woman, Fury and Silver Scarab.
