This is called, apparently, the Strawberry Mansion in Philadelphia in 2009.   I don't think it's abandoned, it looks lived in.  And I wonder if it's still standing.

Obviously the townhouse that adjoined it was torn down.  Its created a really weird look with the remaining structure.
