Not sure who the artist is, but this is a bunch of Marvel characters, looking like it's a mid to late 70s era time.
Clockwise from the bottom right" Scarlet Witch, Hawkeye, Power Man, Spider-Man, Black Widow, part of Nova's helmet, Iron Man, Man-Thing, part of the Vision's head, Human Torch, Thor's leg, The Thing, The Hulk, I really have no idea who the next guy is, Ka-Zar, Daredevil, and Black Panther.
