19 should be "b" not "a" lol

but i got most right :)

emanoyhl IS correct, #19 should read: b)1973. THAT is the correct answer.
PS, emanoyhl, you didn't say what your actual score was....

Argggghhhhhh!!!!! 68! So close to 69, but not close enough for government work.

However,

#3 is a 'yes' or 'no' question. The name of the team would be irrelevent. A proper question for determining the name of the team could be "Which team lost in the Superbowl...?"

#7 "sand"???

#9 answers could be highly subjective (e.g. Bel Ami does not belong because it has two words in the name (damn the French)).

#10 has more than one anwer (at least 2 that I know of): The one hit wonder (if that) glam-punk-jazz group from 1979.

#12 isn't Denmark also legal for gay marriage?

If I had taken this test when I was 18 or 19 yrs old I would have scored in the straight category (due to lack of worldly and historic knowledge). I think this test could only be accurate for those over 25 or 30 yrs old. Some sort of 'weighting factor' for the responses by age (e.g. young people who get all the answers right should be given a higher score, or older people who don't know the answers should be given a lower score) and for specific questions would be appropriate.

I know, I know....my same old critical self. But that's about how bored I am here in the midwest. Also, my highly technical trained mind gets absolutely no work out here. (Would you or Ag consider adopting me? Please??)

Mark: the quiz is for fun, and is written from my perspective, intented NOT to be unbiased, or hell, even totally original. I just hope you had fun taking it.

Adoption...hmm, I'm a single gay man, i don't think I'm allowed to adopt. :)

Becca: Good for you. You're safely in the purple! I gave the quiz to Ghostie, the Dead Boy Wonder, and he got a 24.

Well, I got 80 points. I actually watched that Super Bowl (I'm a closet NFL fan) but couldn't remember.

Incidentally, do I get bonus points for answering #7 Weather Girls (with a remake by Martha Wash and RuPaul)?

Yikes. I think I flunked. An 18. Although, if Denmark turns out to be true, I get an additional point. And I knew Provincetown was in New England, so I'm giving myself an extra point. And I was close on Stonewall and Psychology questions. So, 5 more points.

so, a 25....plus....50 for at least trying!!

So, a 75! Go me!!
