Badass Birthday
Back in 1890, 135 years ago in Texas, Dwight David Eisenhower was born.
Yes, he was president of the US, but that's not what makes him a badass...after all, we've had a few assholes as president. What makes him a badass is the fact that as the Supreme Commander of the Allied Forces in Europe during World War II he approved the plans for among other things, the D-Day invasions. Basically this fella won World War II, and that certainly makes him a badass!
He passed in 1969 at the age of 79.
