Sadly I'm not sure of the artist, though I've seen his work before. But this is Earth-2's Robin, the grown up Dick Grayson. On Earth-2, here never became Nightwing, just remained Robin all through adult hood.

And today we have some cosplay from Across the Spider-Verse, the second Miles Morales Spider-Man animated movie.
This is Hobie Brown/Spider-Punk from Earth-138. He's a punk rock Spider-Man who's guitar is his primary weapon. And he's VERY anti-Establishment and pro-anarchy. But this cosplay is dead on!
