Today we actually have a super-villian: Mekt Ranzz, older brother of Garth "Lightning Lad" Ranzz and Ayla "Light Lass" Ranzz both of the Legion Of Super-Heroes. Mekt goes by the name: Lightning Lord, and he's a founding member of the Legion Of Super-Villains!
