The 1st Runner-Up was "Wednesday" by Tori Amos, so should Sunday, Bloody Sunday be unable to fulfill its duties as Official Polt's Palace Day Song, then "Wednesday" will assume that title and those duties.
Much to my surprise, "One Fine Day" by The Chiffons became the 8th and final song to make it into the semi-finals.
