The object of my desire, I'm walking on a wire (Part 251)...

 Walks 2023

Today I had some things to mail, so after work, I walked over to the Post Office and home.  I walked 1.35 miles in 28 minutes.

Seen on today's walk: Two lil purple flower blossoms on a single vine growing over the gate in a wrought iron fence.  Like a metaphor for nature always conquering man, or there's beauty in even the most mundane things, or something like that.  What do I know, I'm not a poet.

The object of my desire, I'm walking on a wire (Part 250)....

 Walks 2023

Today, for the first time since March, I took a walk.  Had some bills paid and cards to send, and I've been cooped up all day, so I decided this evening, to walk them over to the Post Office.

So today, I took at 1.34 mile walk in 30 minutes (kinda slow for me, but my hip has been bothering me, so I took it slow).

The object of my desire, I'm walking on a wire (Part 249)....

 Walks 2023

Today I walked 1.26 miles in 26 minutes.

Seen on today's walk: This contraption attached to the drainage pipe.  I think it's extendable, like when the rain runs down into it, it probably extends all the way to the street across the sidewalk.   And when it's not raining, it's rolled up here just waiting for more rain.  Ingenious.

The object of my desire, I'm walking on a wire (Part 248)...

 Walks 2023

I haven't taken a walk since April of last year (well I did take one in November of last year, but forgot to record it), because, well, I'm lazy.   But I need to start doing it again.  So since I'm so out of shape, I limited myself.

Today I walked .85 miles in 18 minutes.

Seen on today's walk: It was snowing while I walked, well flurrying really, but this is the front of my jacket, with the snowflakes on it.
