Today I had my regular doctor's appointment. My A1C dropped just a smidge, .2, from 7.9 to 7.7. Not that great, but a helluva lot better than rising .2. Here is the chart:

Also had my annual HIV test, which back negative. And I decided I wanted to get tested more often, so we're doing that on a twice a year schedule from now on.
