Night Girl and Cosmic Boys (she was a member of the Legion Of Substitute Heroes)

Supergirl and Brainiac 5 (she was a reserve member, sometimes joining them in the future)

Timber Wolf and Light Lass (they later broke up and she later entered a relationship with Shrinking Violet)

Duplicate Boy and Shrinking Violet (he wasn't a Legionnaire but a member of the Wanderers)

Duo Damsel and Bouncing Boy (they married as well)

Phantom Girl and Ultra Boy (my two favorite Legionnaires)

Star Boy and Dream Girl (became a couple when they were both expelled from the team, before rejoining it)

Superboy and Insect Queen (she was Lana Lang, from Smallville, brought to the future [like many of Superboy's friends] and given an alien ring to get her powers.  She wasn't a Legionnaire, but a reserve member)

Karate Kid and Princess Projectra (both joined at the same time and were a couple almost from the start)

Shadow Lass and Mon-El (very late in the original series, they married)

Invisible Kid I and Chemical King (they were never officially a couple [it was the 70s, couldn't have a gay couple in the comic books] but there was a lot of fan theories about them)
