I don't know the artist, but this Marvel's WWII era "B-team" of superheroes.  The Invaders was they A-team, this is the Liberty Legion.

Clockwise from top: Jack Frost, Red Raven, Whizzer, Patriot, Thin Man, Miss America and Blue Diamond in the middle.

And today we also have a close up of a Doctor Strange cosplayer.

 Superhero Anydays

Today, again by NeverKnew Lane, we have an interesting piece.  On the left we have Marvel's World War II era members of the Liberty Legion: Miss America and Whizzer.  They would marry after the wat and have a child: Nuklo.

On the right we have DC's World War II era members of the All-Star Squadron, Liberty Belle and Johnny Quick.  They would marry after the war and have a child: Jesse Quick.

The men have identical powers: Superspeed.  The women different ones: Miss America had flight, Liberty Belle had just great fighting prowess.  Their kids were different too: Nuklo was a mutant radioactive monster who fought the Avengers.  Jesse Quick had super-speed and joined the Justice Society.

And today we have a pretty damn awesome cosplay: Etrigan the Demon.  Man, did THIS take a lot of work to do!

By someone named Dann Phillips, we have Marvel's second tier WWII superhero team: the Liberty Legion.

Clockwise from top: Red Raven, Miss America, Whizzer, Patriot, Blue Diamond, Jack Frost and Thin Man in the middle.

*****************

And today we also have one of the stupidest costumed WWII hero from DC Comics: Mr. Terrific.  It's a good job of cosplay, the costume is well done...it's just a stupid original design.

The artist is James Stewart, might have posted this before, but I like it, so I'm posting it now.  This is one of Marvel's WWII superteams.  Actually, its a retroboot team: all the heroes were active in WWII in Marvel, but they weren't put together until the 70s in an issue of the Invaders.

Whizzer, Miss America, Thin Man, Patriot, Jack Frost, Red Raven and Blue Diamond.

********************

And today we also have a....very....nimble lil Spider-Man cosplayer!

And today we have...well this lil funny.

I laughed at this way more than I should have.
