Today we have, by John Byrne, the Big Three of each company's premiere teams (DC's JLA Superman, Batman and Wonder Woman, Marvel's Avengers Captain America, Iron Man, and Thor) in battle with, and apparently losing to, Dark Phoenix, aka Jean Grey of the X-Men.
