The artist is James Stewart, might have posted this before, but I like it, so I'm posting it now. This is one of Marvel's WWII superteams. Actually, its a retroboot team: all the heroes were active in WWII in Marvel, but they weren't put together until the 70s in an issue of the Invaders.
