Not sure of the artist, but this is the over of the Legion Of Super-Heroes #101 (not sure of the volume) from about ten years ago.
Roughly clockwise from top: Colossal Boy, Saturn Girl, Brainiac 5, Shadow Lass, Tellus, Earth Man, Lightning Lass, Sun Boy, Lightning Lass, and Cosmic Boy.

I still haven't seen Wakanda Forever yet, but I know Namor the Sub-Mariner is in it. And so, apparently, does this guy, who did some cosplaying as him (and did it VERY well)!
