Over the weekend, Jim Brown passed away. He was one of the greatest, if not THE greatest, running back in Professional Football. Back in the 50s, when he played for the Cleveland Browns, he made all kinds of records, most that stood until the 90s or later. And yes, several other running backs have surpassed his records, but one must bear in mind that Brown did it when there were only 14 games in a season, and the ones who surpassed him had 16 or 17 games in a season. He did some acting later on, but primarily he's known for football.
Most people know that, but what less people know is that during college he was also a tremendous lacrosse player! He led his college team to at least three championships. And below we have a picture of him in college in his lacrosse get up.
Also, as a personal addendum...back in the day, Jim Brown would definitely get it.
