Not sure of the artist, but the work looks very familiar, so I probably know who it is, even if I can't come up with the name right now. Anyway, this is a line-up of the Avengers from the early 70s time period.
Squatting: Black Panther
On the ground: Thor, Captain America, Iron Man, Scarlet Witch, Quicksilver
In The Air: Wasp, Yellowjacket, Vision
Behind them all: Goliath II (this is Clint Barton, previously Hawkeye, who took some Pym Particles to grow in height. He would later revert back to his Hawkeye identity)
