Our finest gifts we bring, pa-rum-pa-pum-pum....

I have THE most coolest commentors of any blog in existance (well, maybe not Puntabulous, but that would be difficult to beat.) First, this week, I get all the Superman stuff from Michelle M., then I get all kinds of well wishing comments and emails about my mom (someone they've never met) and her surgery, then I get an email from Tam telling me how much she loved my restaurant recommendation for Toronto (even though I'm envious as hell of her), and then a get a package from FDot. FDot, he who perviously sent me the audio-only Torchwood episode.

This time I get DVD's with episodes of this British TV show involving, according to his note, vampires and werewolves attemping to live in normal society. Also included is a short movie starring the actor who played Gray, Jack's brother in Torchwood. Yeah, that guy, the hottie with the long hair.

Suh-WEET!

Is there anything better than recieving unsolicited, free, and exciting gifts from your online buddies? Well, anything that doesn't involve an
Asian twinkie with a hairthing, that is.

Aw crap, I am soooo jealous, but slightly freaked out. I was just telling my daughter today about that very show (honest to god, in a store discussing werewolves I raised it) and was lamenting the fact that we don't get it. (I must have some kind of bizarre mental connection to you honey.) All I had was homeless guys lipping off, you got a vampire and a werewolf TV show.

FDot, have I told you how much I love you lately? ;-)

Now that we've met in person, it's clear to me why people shower you with gifts!

Polt: I hope you enjoy it after this buildup you've given it.

Tam: You've haven't told me that recently, but I'm always happy to hear it.

Michelle M.: The name of the show is "Being Human". It just finished airing in the UK earlier this month.
