Today In The History Of Polt's Comic Book Collection
Today we travel back 30 years to July 1987, and The Silver Surfer (vol 3) #1!
This was a great series, a truly galaxy spanning series. I recall it having to do with things like Galatus, several of his Heralds, Thanos, the Grandmaster, Contemplater and other Elders Of The Universe, Kree, Skrulls, and even at one point Hercules. And there was quite a bit with the Infinity Gems as well.
And the art by Marshall Rogers and later Ron Sim, was just breathtaking! Honestly, seeing this makes me want to go pull the series out of the box on the attic it's in and re-read it!
