So I went to the doctor for my regular check up.  I had bloodwork taken last week and he had the results.  

My A1C, long term diabetic numbers are 7.6  Which aren't great BUT, in July, they were 9.4!  So that's a nearly 2 point drop!

I was VERY pleased with these results!  Everything else was okay also.  My actual Gloucose level was 139, it was 186 last time.  My blood pressure was 103 over 76.

So all in all, great results.  I hope I can continue to keep making progress.
