Superhero Anydays
Today we have the warparound cover of the X-Men Special Edition #1. It was a reprint of Giant Size X-Men #1 from 1975, with the first appearance of the New X-Men. This one shows the characters from it, as drawn by Dave Cochrum, the artist the started the new X_Men.
In the back we have the enemy: Krakoa, The Living Island, and then, left to right we have the X-Men, old and new: on the ground: Havok, Polaris, Marvel Girl, Cyclops, Thunderbird, Wolverine, Colossus and Nightcrawler.
In the air: Iceman, Sunfire, Angel, Storm and Banshee
And in the inset we have Kitty Pryde and Illyana Rasputin with "secret of the X-Mansion"

And speaking of Havok and Polaris, he was have some cosplayers doing a fine job of them.
