Anniversary Avengers
And the last member of Cap's Kooky Quarter is the Scarlet Witch's twin and mutant speedster: Quicksilver.
Pietro Maximoff and his twin sister were initially conned by the villainous Magneto to join his Brotherhood of Evil Mutants. But as they were evil, they left after a short while. They joined the Avengers for various extended runs. Quicksilver has also been a member of X-Factor, and later married the Inhuman Crystal, moved to the Blue Area of the moon with the Inhumans when they moved their city there, and later had a daughter, Luna, with Crystal. Quicksilver has at times crossed the line into sorta villainy, but always corrected the error of his ways and returned to the good side.
In the Marvel Cinematic Universe, though Quicksilver is now dead, he was played by Aaron Taylor-Johnson.
