Superhero Anydays
Not sure of the artist, might be Mill Mantlo, maybe. Anyway, it's Marvel's Canadian superhero team, Alpha Flight, charging into action from atop some big building.
Bottom to top, roughly left to right when necessary: Snowbird, Box, Puck, Guardian, Northstar and Aurora.

And today we also have a tall, lean, muscley Black guy doing Cyclops cosplay...in at least part of his costume.
