Walks 2018
Last night, I didn't go to sleep until around 1am. Somehow, I woke up before 8am. and pretty much stayed up. I had paid some bills last night, and I decided, I'd just get up, throw some clothes on and walk to the Post Office to mail them.
So, about 9am I did so.
Today, I walked 1.54 miles in 31 minutes.
Also, while my lunch was cooking, I was on the treadmill and there I walked .31 miles in 7 mins.
