Today In The History of Polt's Comic Book Collection
This time we're going back 43 years to January 1979 and Wonder Woman #251.
I have absolutely no idea what this story is about, but I vividly remember buying it. At this point in time, I was pretty much mainly buying whatever covers I thought were cool (along with a couple titles I regularly got each month), and I remember this one. A red-headed lady as Wonder Woman? What??? And I honestly thought she was kicking Diana Prince off the invisible jet. It was only several years later I realized it was a gargoyle sticking out off a building and not the plane!
