Perez Appreciation Post
In Februayr 1984, I saw this on the stands and damn near had an orgasm right there! A Star Trek comic book! Drawn by the Maestro himself, George Perez?!?!?!?!?! Oh man, I was SOOO into this! I readily bought it!
And then, opening it when I got home, I saw it was drawn by Tom Sutton, not Perez. And I mean, his art was...fine. But it wasn't....Perez. I was highly disappointed.
Still, I couldn't have been too disappointed, I mean, I collected all 50 some issues that were published.
Anyway, this starts up right after Star Trek II, The Wrath of Khan. And so the cast is wearing the uniforms from that era. And Saavik is there too.
