Don't know the artist, but I like his work, showing Marvel's WWII Golden Age heroes The Invaders!
At the top, we have some of their enemies: Hitler, Master Man, Baron Blood, Warrior Woman, and the Red Skull.
And below, we have the Invaders and some of their allies (counter clockwise from bottom left) : Spitfire, Bucky, Captain America, Captain Britain, Namor, Human Torch and Toro.
