Today we have to cover of the Avengers #181 from 1978 and the first page inside (aka the splash page). They both show a huge grouping of Avengers after the Korvac Saga, and government liaison Henry Peter Gyrich, who later in the issue sets the membership at seven.
But more importantly, the cover is drawn by the Maestro George Perez and the splash page by the Canadian John Byrne. Different positioning of the members, but all of them still there, and both of them drawn just gorgeously!

Despite showing her age over the last year or so, that unfortunate decline in her faculties should never cast a shadow over all she accomplished in her life.
Rest in peace and godspeed Senator Feinstein.
