Perez Appreciation Post
Today, by the Maestro George Perez, we have the cover of a compilation of the Brave Of The Bold series from about 20 years ago. Perez did all the art, with inking by Jerry Ordway, and written by Mark Waid. I had the first batch of issues, each issue had a team-up of heroes and there was an over-arching storyline. The cover shows a bunch of the characters from the series.
Bottom row: Metamorpho, the 5 purple clad people are the Challengers Of The Unknown, and they surround the Flash.
Middle row: Superman, Supergirl, Green Lantern
Top row: Wonder Woman, Firestorm, Ultraman (the Superman from Earth-3, the Earth where everything is reversed, so Superman is evil)
