If I were a hero, I'd be Martin Luther (Part 2330)....

I think this is by Rags Morales, and it shows two heroes from Earth-2 during the World War II period. They both belonged to the All-Star Squadron, although he also belonged to the JSA and she to the Freedom Fighters.

He is Hourman and she is Phantom Lady.
