Anniversary Avengers
This is the next Avenger: Darkhawk. Christopher Powell discovered an alien amulet that allowed him to switch places with and control an android body. That android is what Darkhawk was. He worked with the New Warriors some, and when he made it out onto the West Coast he because a provisional member of the West Coast Avengers.
He also fought several supervillains on his own.
The android was strong, tough, had energy beams, claws, could fly, and limited teleportation among other powers. Neither Christopher Powell or Darkhawk has been seen in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

So today, Mike Pence 'suspended' his presidential campaign. And the dozens of his supporters were saddened.
I still can't understand why he even ran. Clearly a majority of the Republican base are all in on tRump, and this same majority detests Pence with a passion for not throwing the 2020 election to tRump. He was NEVER, ever going to get the nomination, even if tRump is in prison on Election Day. I suppose he thought he could get the evangelical vote, but the evangelicals are clearly in the majority who support tRump, come hell or high water.
He never had a chance, he was just too blind to see it.
