This is drawn by the iconic Curt Swan, THE Superman artist extraordinaire during the 50s and 60s.  He also was a regular artist of the Legion Of Super-Heroes too.  And this shows squares, all done by Swan, showing the members of the Legion, in the order they joined.   After the last one here, he left the title and was only ever an occasional guest artist.
