Today I had a visit with the endocrinologist. My A1C is 7.3, just a smidge higher than in December.

She didn't fuss me too much. She said we need to get it back under 7.0, and that I should try to walk a lot more than I am now. Which I agree with. Now I just need to get motivated to do so.
