Today we have a bunch of cold based fictional characters (I'd say comic book characters, but...read on...)
Not sure what's going on with the arms over the side of the cliff, but above them we have:
Elijah Snow: he was a member of DCs Planetary.
Iceman: Marvel's Iceman, one of the founding members of the X-Men
Killer Frost (I think): DC's supervillain enemy of Firestorm
Mr. Freeze: DC's supervillain enemy of Batman
Captain Cold; DC's supervillain enemy of The Flash
Polar Boy: DC member of the Legion Of Super-Heroes
and Elsa, from Disney's Frozen
