DC Comics' Legion Of Super-Heroes, right before Dave Cockrum started and redrew the vast majority of their uniforms, and about 5-7 years before I started collecting them.
Top: Star Boy, Phantom Girl, Element Lad, Colossal Boy, Supergirl, Superboy, Invisible Kid, Princess Projectra and Chameleon Boy
Middle: Mon-El, Shadow Lass, Karate Kid, Cosmic Boy, Saturn Girl, Lightning Lad, Dream Girl, Duo Damsel, Bouncing Boy
Bottom: Chemical King, Shrinking Violet, Ferro Lad, Brainiac 5, Ultra Boy, Lightning Lass, Matter-Eater Lad, Sun Boy, Timber Wolf
They all had to be under 18 when they joined.
