This uncolored work is the JLA in the "Satellite Years" (when the team HQs was the JLA satellite, from 1970 until 1985). But this one is from the mid-70s, because it does not have that last two members included: Zatanna (who joined in 1978-ish) and Firestorm (who joined 1980-ish).
Clockwise from top: Superman, Martian Manhunter, Red Tornado, Green Lantern, The Flash, Green Arrow, Black Canary, Wonder Woman, Hawkwoman, Hawkman, Aquaman, Elongated Man, and Batman, with the Atom on the table in the center and Snapper Carr, their "mascot" at the bottom.
