Superhero Anydays
This is Angelica Jones aka Firestar. She started on the cartoon Spider-Man And His Amazing Friends. She showed up in comics as a member of Emma Frost's Hellions, later founding the Young Warriors. Eventually, she became a member of the Avengers with her boyfriend Justice.
Not sure of the artist, but it's great work.
