I'm sure every day people come into this doctor's office with self inflicted bullet wounds and no powder marks, and they just let the patient leave with no explanation other than "I do funny things."

Of course, this doctor is probably getting paid an obscene amount of money from Bruce Wayne to do this kinda stuff, so yeah, he probably wouldn't ask any further questions....
