This could have been written by me! There have been times when I'm tossing and turning in bed and just can't get to sleep....so i come downstairs and lay on the sofa and fall asleep quite quickly. Sometimes, it's the entire night, sometimes it's just for a short time until I wake up and trudge back upstairs to bed to sleep.
