Today we have, by an unknown artist, a bunch of villains known as Flash's Rogues Gallery (due to the fact they're all enemies of The Flash!).
Roughly counter clockwise from upper left: Gorilla Grodd, Reverse Flash, Trickster, Captain Cold, Captain Boomerang, Mirror Master, Pied Piper (later turned heroic ally of The Flash), Heatwave and Weather Wizard.
