Today, by an unknown artist, we have the Super Friends answer to Black Lightning (who they couldn't use due to legal fights at the time over who 'owned' the character), Black Vulcan.

As unfortunately named (Vulcan was the god of fire, not lightning) as is unfortunately costumed. Who made that outfit for him, Robin's tailor? No pants? What the hell? Guess maybe he needed to let 'the boys' air out a lot?
