Don't know the artist, but they did a great job on some early members of the Avengers.
Clockwise from bottom left: Quicksilver, Scarlet Witch, Hawkeye, Iron Man, The Wasp, Thor, Vision, Black Panther, Captain America, Black Night and Giant-Man. Incidentally, all of these have appeared in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (although Black Knight has yet to be seen in a costume).
