Don't know this artist, looks kinda like Frank Quitely, but I don't think it is him. Nonetheless I like it, a lot. It looks like on this Earth, Robin grew up, became the main Gotham superhero and found a teenaged hero be take over as maybe Batboy? Interesting concept.
