Badass Birthday
On this date in 1937 in Prague, Czechia, Madeleine Albright was born.
In 1997, she became the first female Secretary Of State (and two of the next three secretaries of state followed in her heels and were female as well). That's reason enough to be a Badass.
But more than that, she served on the National Security Council, she was the US Ambassador To the United Nations. She was a lifelong career diplomat and political scientist in academia.
She passed in 2022 at the age of 85.
