Today we have Queen Of Atlantis, Wife of Aquaman, and I'm pretty sure, the first super-heroine in comics to become a mother: Mera!
In 1965, she gave birth to Arthur Curry Jr (aka Aquababy), who sadly, didn't live very long because he was killed by Aquaman nemesis Black Manta when he was still a toddler.
Just for conversation sake, Marvel's first superheroine to become a mother was Invisible Woman. She birth Franklin Richards in 1968.
